POST /projects/{project_id}/financing-costs/equity-investor

- User can enter equity investor details (investor name, committed equity amount, ownership/equity split) and on submit the app calls POST /projects/{project_id}/financing-costs/equity-investor.
- System validates required fields and that the equity amount is a positive number before enabling submission.
- On successful save, the equity investor is added as a funding source and visible in the project's financing overview.
- On API failure, the app shows an error message and preserves the user's input.
