- User can enter lender or bank financing details (institution name, loan amount, rate, term) and on submit the app calls POST /projects/{project_id}/financing-costs/lender-bank.
- System validates required fields and numeric formats (amounts, rates) before submission, showing field-level errors for invalid input.
- On successful save, the lender/bank loan is added to the project's financing sources and reflected in the project's funding summary.
- On API failure, the app displays an error message and retains entered data so the user can retry without re-typing.
