POST /projectsGET /projects/{project_id}/setup-status

- User can create their first project by entering a project name (and optional details); the system validates the required name field before submission.
- On submit, the app calls POST /projects and, on success, navigates the user into the project workspace.
- While the project is initializing, the app calls GET /projects/{project_id}/setup-status and displays progress; when setup is complete, the user is taken to the project dashboard.
- If project creation fails, the system shows an actionable error and retains the entered project details for retry.
