- On entry, the app calls POST /projects/{project_id}/arv/compute to calculate the after-repair value based on the configured project data.
- The app calls GET /projects/{project_id}/arv/estimates/latest to display the latest ARV estimate(s) with comparable basis.
- User can review the ARV estimate and continue to the final project-created screen (screen 44).
- If computation fails, the app shows an error and offers a retry without blocking access to the project.
