POST /settings/profile/avatar

- User can select or upload a profile image; the system validates file type and size before upload and shows a preview before confirming.
- On confirm, the app calls POST /settings/profile/avatar with the selected image and shows a success state on completion.
- If the upload fails, the system displays an error and offers a retry; the user can also skip adding an avatar and continue to well-done.
