- On load, the app calls GET /projects/{project_id}/property and pre-fills the property details form with existing values.
- User can edit property fields (address, type, size, etc.) and on save the app calls PATCH /projects/{project_id}/property with the changed values.
- System validates required property fields and shows inline errors on invalid input without submitting.
- On successful save, the user advances to Step 2 (P&L capturing).
